Class of 2011 -SENIOR OPEN HOUSE! Don’t miss it! May 15th

Courtney came to me last fall and we did a split session with the intent of “winter” shots.  It didn’t happen with the busy schedule this girl had all year long!  You can see by her sports shots what keeps her busy.   So…with the early spring we realized “snow” wasn’t gonna happen.  We both said we’d take warmth over snow at this point and we captured some GREAT indoor shots to finish off her already amazing Senior Portraits.  So hard to believe in just 6 short weeks the Class of 2010 will step on that WIDE OPEN ROAD of life with their diploma in hand ready to face the next step in life! Oh wow is time getting the best of me!  Business is CrAZY which is a great thing!  Shoots of little ones and seniors are the best of all worlds in my eyes.  Ad to that though being a mom and some days I wonder how I can fit it all in.Last week I drove 4 hours one way to pick up some AMAZING backdrops!  Cannot wait to get them hung but that’s on the back burner to PROM this week.  That’s right my baby (oldest baby) is going to prom and little did I know that parent’s have this much to do with the outcome of pulling it all together.  It doesn’t help that she found herself class president and with so much to do she’s needed alot of guidance to say the least.  Ad to that the post prom and my world is pretty crazy right now.Announcements have all been designed- waiting for the final approval from a few yet but the first shipment of them arrived Friday and anticipate seeing the remaining 46 Seniors this week.  That’s right 72 total announcement designs completed!!!  I think I was seeing stars by the time I was done though… my last design I put his graduation Saturday May 38th….THIRTY EIGHTH!!!!  Good GRIEF!I’m having my first SENIOR OPEN HOUSE May 15th and can NOT wait!!!  We’ve got a ton to do to get ready.  I will have Jen Peterson here from Mary Kay to talk about skin care, fun samples and drawings!  Should be a great day!  I anticipate being booked after that day or close to it for the summer so MARK YOUR CALENDAR!!! If you can’t make it that day you might want to call ahead of time to set up your appointment.  You can always come down a different day! Well for this week- I’m off to be a mom for the prom.  One week from today it will all be over and I will know the fate of all my efforts.  Prayers would be great this week!
